The 2020 Doral Annual Meeting will be held via a Zoom video conference on Wednesday July 15, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. We encourage all owners in the Doral Homeowners Association to attend. The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect members to the Board of Directors, for three-year terms for any open positions. At this time, there are two (2) positions whose terms are expiring and one (1) open position. Candidate nominations will be accepted to be added to the Proxy Ballot prior to the Annual Meeting. Candidates should submit their Letter of Interest to Chambers Management by July 14, 2020. Nominations will also be taken from the floor on the day of the meeting. Board Members present may also transact any other business that may properly come before the meeting.
All Doral residents should have or will be receiving a letter from Chambers Management with all the details on the annual meeting which includes the proxy/Ballot for voting.
